We concentrated on
good warm-ups and stretching. We
started condition-ing the body to ground
contact. Medium conditioning with
sprints. Yes the Tuesday cookies
showed up and were eaten. Two
skill/conditioning drills were run,
Punt-Snap-Return-Cover, and
Snap-Pass-Receiver-Defend Drills. Both
of these drills allowed players and coaches
to try and view these various skills.
They also served as conditioning drills.

Saturday June 5th.
