2010 Fees & Sponsorship Payments

A.  TEAM FEES AND ACCEPTABLE BUSINESS SPONSORSHIPS

The player agrees to pay a $130.00 team fee and agrees to contract one acceptable business sponsorship, for the team, of at least the amount of $100.00, or pay the equivalent.  Acceptable business sponsorships are those businesses allowing entrance of family members, of all ages.

B.  PAYMENT OF TEAM FEES & SPONSORSHIPS

The player agrees to pay the above $130.00 in team fees and $100.00 in Sponsorship money in accordance with the following schedule.

1^st Payment of team fees:  January 15^th - $50.00

2^nd Payment of team fees:  February 15^th - $50.00

3^rd Payment of team fees:  March 15^th - $30.00

4^th Payment of Sponsorship fees:  April 15^th - $100.00

A payment will be considered late if not received by the 15^th of the month listed above.  Payments may be paid online, or mailed to:

The player agrees to pay a $25.00 late fee for each payment not made on time.

The player agrees to pay a $25.00 fee for any check returned due to non-sufficient funds.

C.  FEES AND SPONSORSHIP MONIES

All team fees, sponsorship, or fund raising monies paid to the team are non-refundable and belong tot he team.  Fees and sponsorship monies will be used by the team at the team's discretion.  It is the players responsibility to provide receipts of all financial transactions which are in dispute with the teams records.
